The Flexet Pandalid Shrimp is a relatively small shrimp that grows up to 8 centimetres in length. They have a translucent white colour with small red dots and fine red stripes on the abdomen that angle upward toward the rear. They live at a depth of up to 450 meters, on the sandy and muddy bottoms.
Due to their small size, the Flexet Pandalid Shrimps are typically served in salads or as cocktail shrimp.
